In terms of terrain, this area fits the title. But I was rather pointing out the fact that this double-stack Z-train was standing on it.

What's interesting is that this particular excursion for railfanning occurred while I was on assignment with the Hays Daily News, covering a student volunteer group helping recovery efforts in the (literally) tornado-destroyed town of Greensburg, KS. UP's Herington sub runs right through town, and after all was said and done, I headed east out of town to catch this double-stack zippin' on through.

On the point is UP SD70ACe #8408 and UP SD70MAC #3789.

Note the four major points in the background. Just to the left of the actual consist is the new water tower for the City of Greensburg. Off to the right of the train are various grain elevators in the area.
